How do you add the WPtouch app to an Android...

There is no pop up feature like there is for the iPhone...

How do you add it to the Android home page as the app...?

i am running CM7.2.0-RC1-BACKside-IHO, Android version 2.3.7, baseband VM670ZV4, kernal 2.6.32.9-v3.7, build id-eng.jerryscript.20120502.032319, build number GWK74. i recently flashed the newest version of this rom with no problems and it worked fine the first few days. then i noticed that all of my status bar settings and ALL of my cyanogenmod settings are stuck!! i can not change them. if i check or uncheck a setting, not only does it not take effect but when i back out of the menu and then go back in, the setting is the same as before i changed it. like i never changed it in the first place. now in the status bar settings, there are settings that take place immediately (center clock, a.m.-p.m. style etc. etc.) and there are also settings that require you to restart the status bar in order for them to take effect. well All of the status bar settings require restarting the status bar where befor they did not. i did try reflashing the rom and still no luck. the thing that gets me the most is that everything worked perfectly after initial flash. then all of a sudden they are broke. hope someone can help because this is a VERY VERY irritating issue.
